Pay: From CA$18.25 per hour

As a Loan Officer, you will be responsible for assisting clients in obtaining loans. Your main duties will include:

- Assess clients' financial needs and recommend suitable collateral-based loan solutions.
- Open new customer accounts and assist clients with online loan repayment services.
- Interview clients and evaluate loan applications by reviewing repayment ability, credit history, and collateral value.
- Approve or decline loan applications within authorized lending limits.
- Determine appropriate loan amounts, terms, and interest rates based on company policies and collateral value.
- Explain loan terms, repayment schedules, interest rates, and agreements to clients.
- Negotiate repayment arrangements with clients and manage loan defaults, including collateral liquidation when required.
- Complete and review loan documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Monitor loan accounts, including renewals, repayments, and overdue accounts.
- Build strong customer relationships and promote the company's lending products and services.

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills: -Strong computer skills

-Strong mathematical skills to accurately calculate loan amounts, interest rates, and repayment schedules





- Knowledge of financial services and lending products
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in loan documentation and application processing
- Ability to work independently and in a team

"Advantage" -There's no night shift in this job. We're a 7 day operation; this employment is NOT limited to week-days only.
