Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

: The Logistics Coordinator supports day-to-day transportation operations by tracking & tracing shipments from origin to destination, booking appointments, preparing and validating shipping documentation.

Responsibilities

- Track and trace shipments throughout their journey and provide timely updates to internal and external teams.
- Book appointments with carriers for shipments and ensure schedules meet operational requirements.
- Generate shipping documents accurately and ensure all documentation aligns with shipment details and compliance requirements.
- Liaise with internal departments and external partners, including carriers and customers, to coordinate shipment details and resolve issues.
- Work closely with customs brokers to process southbound US shipments and support cross-border logistics activities.
- Handle a high volume of calls and emails (30+ per day) to respond to inquiries, provide shipment status, and address logistics concerns.
- Use basic MS Office tools to maintain records, update tracking information, and prepare reports as needed.

Essential Skills





- 1–3 years of administrative experience in a logistics or transportation-related environment.
- In-house logistics experience, preferably including LTL (less-than-truckload) experience.
- Ability to manage a high volume of calls and emails (30+ per day) while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
- Proven tracking and tracing experience for shipments in a fast-paced logistics setting.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (such as Outlook, Excel, and Word) to support documentation and communication.

Work Workplace This is an on-site role with no work-from-home option. The standard schedule is Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.,including a lunch break. The role operates within a collaborative logistics team environment that supports multiple locations. The dress code is business casual. The work setting emphasizes professionalism, teamwork, and consistent communication to support efficient logistics operations.

Pay: $20.00-$21.00 per hour
