Job Summary

As the Sulwhasoo Luxury Facialist, you will deliver exceptional facial treatments, provide personalized skincare consultations, and create memorable luxury experiences, and drive retail sales by recommending tailored skincare solutions that meet client needs. You will collaborate with the Holt Renfrew Beauty team to bring the artistry and heritage of Sulwhasoo to life while achieving sales goals and building long-term client loyalty.

Principal Accountabilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Achieve retail sales goals through personalized product recommendations, client education, and exceptional client service.

· Deliver luxury Sulwhasoo facial treatments following brand protocols.

· Provide personalized skincare consultation and tailored homecare recommendations.

· Build lasting client relationships through exceptional service.





· Drive business growth through product recommendations, client engagement, and achieving sales objectives.

· Collaborate with the Holt Renfrew Beauty team to deliver an exceptional client experience while representing the Sulwhasoo brand.

· Participate in ongoing education, product launches, and brand events.

Qualifications & Experience

· Certified Esthetician with skilled experience performing facial treatments.

· Passion for luxury skincare and exceptional client service.

· Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

· Experience in a luxury spa, clinic, or prestige retail environment is an asset.

· A positive, collaborative mindset and a desire to continuously learn and grow.

Work Schedule

· Casual / Part-Time position

· Availability to work a few scheduled days per month based on business needs, promotional events, and client appointments.

· Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and special brand events as required
