We are building a highly selective luxury jewelry house centered on exceptional diamonds, distinctive design, and bespoke craftsmanship. Our rings are not mass-market jewelry—they are commissioned pieces intended to mark one of life's most consequential moments.

The Role

We are looking for a Remote Luxury Sales Advisor to introduce MAISON NGUYEN to qualified prospective clients and guide them through the process of commissioning a fine engagement ring.

This is a high-touch, consultative sales role . You will not be selling through volume or transactional tactics. Your job is to identify serious prospects, establish trust, understand what they are looking for, and ultimately guide qualified clients toward a purchase.

You will work remotely and manage your own outreach, conversations, follow-ups, and pipeline.

What You'll Do

- Identify and prospect high-income individuals who are actively considering an engagement ring.
- Conduct personalized outreach by phone, email, text, and social channels.
- Build relationships with prospective clients and understand their preferences, timeline, budget, and vision.
- Present MAISON NGUYEN's diamonds, designs, craftsmanship, and bespoke process.
- Conduct remote consultations and virtual appointments.
- Follow up thoughtfully with qualified prospects throughout the purchasing journey.
- Maintain an organized pipeline of prospects and opportunities.
- Coordinate with the MAISON NGUYEN team on diamond sourcing, design, pricing, and bespoke commissions.
- Develop referral relationships with luxury professionals and relevant networks.
- Represent the house with discretion, sophistication, and exceptional attention to detail.





Who We're Looking For You don't need traditional jewelry experience. Luxury sales ability, confidence, discretion, and relationship-building matter more.

The ideal candidate is:

- Exceptionally personable and comfortable speaking with affluent clients.
- Confident selling a high-ticket product without being pushy.
- Naturally persuasive and excellent at building trust.
- Comfortable making cold calls and initiating conversations.
- Highly articulate, polished, and professional.
- Self-directed and capable of managing a pipeline independently.
- Comfortable discussing purchases in the $20,000–$100,000+ range .
- Commercially ambitious and motivated by uncapped earnings.
- Able to understand and communicate the difference between an ordinary jewelry purchase and a highly considered bespoke commission.
- Well connected within affluent, qualified, entrepreneurial, or luxury circles.

Compensation Commission-only with uncapped earning potential.

MAISON NGUYEN is an early-stage luxury house, so this role is designed for someone who wants meaningful upside and is comfortable building a sales pipeline from the ground up.

Commission is based on the gross profit of each completed sale , with higher earnings available as sales volume increases.

There is no cap on commissions .
