Band 6 Adult Weight Management Dietitian Base: City Hospital, Aberdeen Hours – 18 hours We are looking to recruit a dynamic, and well-motivated Dietitian with outstanding communication skills to join our dietetic team working within Adult Weight Management (AWM).
The Adult Weight Management Team consists of specialist Dietitians, Psychologists and Admin support colleagues who provide weight management interventions for patients living across Grampian. This post will support the delivery of Tier 2 and Tier 3 AWM programmes, both delivered in person and via digital platforms such as Nearme groups.
We have well established links with dietitians across all sectors in Grampian and work together to provide a range of CPD and development opportunities, particularly around clinical effectiveness, patient safety and patient centeredness.
The postholder will participate in undergraduate student training and training to a range of key stakeholders across the partnership.
You must be a car driver, hold a full UK driving licence.
For AHP posts within Grampian, there is a requirement to provide services flexibly to meet the needs of service users. This will include providing services over weekends and extended hours when necessary.

Additional Information For Candidates As from 1/4/26, the Agenda for Change full-time working week will be reducing from 37 to 36 hours per week. Part time hours will be reduced pro-rata. However, there will be a corresponding increase in the hourly rate so that pay will not be affected.
