M2 is an innovative cocktail bar. We're in search of Bartenders/ Servers/ Hosts/ Hostesses who strive to create memorable experiences for our patrons through innovative and unique mediums. Responsibilities and Duties:

- Create unique guest experience
- Adhere to a high standard of service
- Maintain a full working knowledge of our menus and stock
- Address customer questions and make recommendations
- Setup and tear down of bar area
- Stock and maintain all bar products including prep
- Operate the Point of Sales (POS) terminal
- Bus tables and maintain general cleanliness of seating area
- Wash and sanitize glassware

Requirements:

- SmartServe Certified (Not expired)
- Food Handlers Certified (Not expired)
- Complete understanding of Opentable and its features




- Team player with excellent communication, and leadership skills
- Incredibly personable & able to offer honest and genuine hospitality
- 2 years Bartending/ Hosting/ Server experience in a similar environment required
- Working knowledge of classic and up-to-date cocktails required
- Passion for food, beverage and providing excellent customer service
- Ability to move heavy items
- Ability to work standing up for 12 hour shifts
- Ability to work afternoon and or night shifts
