Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Machine Learning Specialist / Data Scientist to support the design and development of analytical data products and services. The successful candidate will apply expertise in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Data Analytics, Statistical Modeling, Data Engineering, and Data Modeling to develop innovative, high-quality data solutions.

This role will work closely with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, data engineers, analysts, and technical specialists to identify analytical needs, develop machine learning models, generate actionable insights, and support data-driven decision-making. The position will also contribute to data de-identification, synthetic data creation, visualization, and the development of analytical evidence and products.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or an approved equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 6 years of experience working with statistical and computer programming languages.
- Minimum 6 years of experience developing analytical and quantitative models.
- Minimum 6 years of experience preparing data for prescriptive and predictive modeling.
- Minimum 6 years of experience with different approaches and methodologies for data analysis.
- Minimum 6 years of experience applying Artificial Intelligence (AI) and/or Machine Learning (ML).
- Strong experience in statistical analysis, data mining,



machine learning, and analytical modeling.
- Experience working with large and complex datasets.
- Solid ability to translate complex business questions into analytical and technical solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience with data sharing, data linkage, de-identification, metadata, and related data management practices.
- 5+ years of experience combining raw data from multiple sources and across business domains.
- 5+ years of experience understanding complex business questions and framing appropriate analytical approaches.
- 5+ years of experience developing visualizations, dashboards, and analytical models.
- 6+ years of experience with statistical and data mining techniques.
- 4+ years of experience working with large government datasets.
- Experience developing AI/ML solutions within complex enterprise or public-sector environments.
- Experience with data product design, development, and delivery.
- Knowledge of data architecture, data engineering, technical analysis, and business analysis.
