We’re looking to enhance our team by welcoming a new Maintenance Coordinator to Maintenance team.

The Maintenance

Coordinator oversees the company’s equipment maintenance program to ensure safe, effective, and reliable production operations. This role manages and delegates maintenance tasks, develops and implements preventive maintenance plans, and ensures compliance with food safety, health, and safety standards.

The Maintenance

Coordinator also monitors inventory levels, purchases tools and materials, maintains accurate maintenance logs, and conducts regular inspections to keep machinery in optimal condition. By tracking performance and recommending improvements, the Maintenance Coordinator supports continuous efficiency, quality, and safety across all maintenance activities.

The role:

- Managing the TON equipment maintenance program Maintain X.
- Delegating maintenance tasks to the rest of the team.
- Developing preventive maintenance plans and implementing them.




- Ensuring quality control standards are consistently met.
- Purchasing critical spare parts and developing a critical spare parts list for Exiting and New Assets
- Purchasing any equipment, tools, or materials that may be required.
- Updating maintenance logs for all machinery.
- Ensuring basic tools and machinery are in working order by performing regular inspections.
- Assessing procedures and making recommendations for improvement.

You offer:

- High school diploma and relevant licenses and certificates may be required.
- Ability in woodworking, electricity, and blueprint reading is an asset.
- AutoCAD skills would be considered an Asset
- Repair work experience.
- Physical strength and good hand-eye coordination.
- Excellent customer service and negotiation skills.
- Leadership experience recommended.
- Proficiency in Excel and Data logging

Valid Ontario driver’s license is required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: CA$65,000.00 - CA$75,000.00 per year
