CareRx Corporation in Edmonton is seeking a Full Time Clinical Consultant Pharmacist to support long-term care and retirement communities with clinical pharmacy services. This 4-day-a-week role emphasizes continuity of care through collaboration with onsite physicians, nursing staff and other health providers.

You will travel to LTC homes and retirement communities, perform medication reviews, complete MOHLTC/ACP compliant documentation, and educate residents and staff.
