• Manage the Business Unit's P&L; performance with leadership • Develop financial models to assess strategic opportunities • Oversee annual budget and forecast processes • Monitor accounts receivable and cash conversion • Collaborate with finance teams on continuous improvements
Requirements: • 10+ years of finance experience in project-driven environments • Recognized accounting designation (CPA preferred) • Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and performance management • Solid commercial acumen and problem-solving skills • Proven leadership abilities with excellent stakeholder management
