Enhance operational excellence as the Maintenance Manager for Saskatoon Co-op. Take charge of maintenance planning, safety compliance, and overall department management. This role, reporting to the Vice President of Asset Protection, focuses on the organization and coordination of all maintenance activities for Co-op properties.

You will develop preventative maintenance schedules while addressing safety-related incidents and managing contractor relations. Strong communication and planning skills will be essential in supporting the team and ensuring all expectations are met. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and follow preventative maintenance guidelines
- Organize and direct all maintenance work orders
- Prepare annual budgets and major repair lists
- Ensure compliance with fleet vehicle safety standards
- Collaborate with Health and Safety specialists on hazards Requirements:
- Class 5 Driver’s License required
- Journeyman Trade certification is advantageous
- Minimum of 7 years supervisory experience required
- Must exhibit strong interpersonal skills
