Oakly Landscaping is hiring a Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team serving residential and commercial properties across Mississauga and the GTA.

The work

You will help deliver reliable, high-quality landscape maintenance, including:

- Mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing
- Pruning shrubs, trees, and perennials
- Garden bed and detail work
- Seasonal cleanups and property preparation
- Mulching, planting, and general landscape care
- Identifying site issues, plant health concerns, and client requests
- Keeping trucks, trailers, tools, and equipment clean, organized, safe, and ready to use
- Following daily routes and property instructions through the company's operating systems
- Reporting completed work, issues, material needs, and equipment concerns clearly to the office or crew leader

You will usually work as part of a 2–4 person maintenance crew. The standard is simple: arrive prepared, work safely, communicate clearly, and complete the job properly the first time.

What success looks like

- You are ready to leave the yard with the crew on time and with the right tools, equipment, and materials.
- Properties are maintained carefully, with clean edges, proper detail work, and minimal callbacks or rework.
- Equipment is inspected, used safely, returned clean, and reported promptly when it needs attention.
- You communicate professionally with teammates, clients, and property contacts.

What we're looking for
- Landscaping or outdoor maintenance experience is preferred.
- You take direction well and can also work independently when the task is clear.
- You are dependable, organized, and willing to learn.




- You care about quality, safety, and how the team represents itself on site.
- You are physically capable of outdoor work and lifting landscape materials.
- You are comfortable working in changing weather conditions.
- A valid driver's licence is an asset.
- English communication skills are required; Spanish is an asset.
