Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation and maintenance of industrial equipment, machinery, and facilities. Your expertise will help maintain a safe, efficient, and reliable production environment.

Responsibilities

- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment, including programmable logic controllers (PLCs), HVAC systems, boilers, and electrical systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues using schematics and technical manuals.
- Operate and maintain low voltage systems and industrial control panels to ensure seamless production flow.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to document work orders, track maintenance activities, and schedule future tasks.
- Conduct welding, boiler maintenance, and other specialized repairs following safety protocols and technical standards.
- Read and interpret schematics, technical drawings, and wiring diagrams to diagnose issues accurately.
- Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).




- Maintain compliance with safety regulations related to industrial electrician work, HVAC systems, welding procedures, and mechanical repairs.
- Assist in the installation of new machinery or upgrades by applying mechanical knowledge and electrical experience.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing internal department needs promptly and professionally.

Experience

- Proven experience in industrial maintenance or manufacturing environments with a focus on machinery repair and preventive upkeep.
- Strong background working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics, and low voltage electrical systems.
- Hands-on experience with HVAC systems, boilers, welding techniques, and mechanical troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with CMMS software for work order management is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of industrial electrician practices combined with mechanical aptitude for complex repairs.
- Ability to analyze technical issues quickly using analysis skills to determine root causes efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and team collaboration.
