As a full-time member of Mothercraft, you will guide children’s growth while handling key operational tasks. Your dual role will empower you to ensure a protected, engaging atmosphere for children aged 3 months to 6 years, all while collaborating with a dedicated team to exceed care standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with staff management and scheduling tasks
• Implement program planning and compliance measures
• Create nurturing environments that promote development




• Communicate effectively with families and external stakeholders
• Maintain children’s records and administrative documentation
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education preferred
• 1-year experience with childcare licensing regulations
• Registration with the College of ECE required
• Current First Aid & CPR C Certification
• Ability to carry out physical requirements of the job
