This senior role reports to the Line of Technology Operations leadership team. You will modernize production processes by implementing and operationalizing the Silent-Ops model. Key areas of focus include automation, Agentic AI utilization, and developing governance frameworks for optimum service reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement the Silent-Ops support model • Develop A2030-aligned transformation roadmaps • Champion automation and orchestration processes • Establish operational KPIs for performance measurement • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across production environments
Requirements: • 10+ years in Production Operations or SRE • Proven leadership in operational transformation • Strong understanding of monitoring and automation frameworks • Experience with self-healing and AI-driven operations • Ability to influence senior stakeholders effectively
