With 3-5 years in CRM solutions and Power Platform, you will troubleshoot client issues and implement enhancements that align with business processes. Your contributions will ensure smooth operation and high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Tackle urgent end-user issues directly
• Deliver strong customer service support via Phone/Chat
• Accurately log customer interactions in Service Tickets
• Recognize and escalate issues outside your scope
• Collaborate effectively for rapid client resolutions
Requirements:
• Degree in a relevant field or 5-7 years experience
• 3-5 years in D365 CRM/Power Platform
• Experience in a Managed Services context
• Customer-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Essential Microsoft Certifications (PL-200, PL-400)
