Your role entails ensuring all safety programs, including pre-trip and seasonal training, are executed successfully. Collaborating with Driver Safety Specialists, you’ll develop strategies to analyze accident trends and improve overall safety management. Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver KPIs for accident cost reduction with DSS
- Ensure comprehensive accident reviews are conducted
- Lead investigations for critical accidents and follow up
- Direct activities for carrier profiles and speed control
- Implement seasonal training and manage camera use Requirements:
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Background in transportation operations preferred
- Proven safety management skills in a regulatory setting
- Familiarity with hazardous load regulations
