Become the Manager of Internal Communications at Seaspan Shipyards for a 20-month maternity leave coverage in North Vancouver. Lead the charge in enhancing internal engagement and messaging. This role requires a communications expert with a strong background in both internal and external messaging.

You will manage a team, create content tailored to various stakeholders, and develop a structured plan to spotlight Seaspan’s vision and priorities. A focus on clarity, engagement, and creativity is key for success. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop internal communications strategies for consistency
- Create and oversee content for events and updates
- Establish and maintain communication standards organization-wide
- Identify innovative communication opportunities and tools
- Handle intranet content and manage internal communication budget Requirements:
- Relevant degree in Communications or Journalism
- 7-10 years in internal/external communications
- Solid background in writing and information gathering
- Proven ability to lead change management initiatives
