Join Open Farm as a Manager of Food Safety and Quality Assurance and lead initiatives to enhance food safety culture. This role emphasizes quality compliance in a hybrid setting. In this pivotal role, you'll report to the VP of Food Safety, Quality, and Regulatory, guiding the development and implementation of food safety and quality systems.

Your contributions will be key to meeting premium quality standards and compliance across North America. Collaborate with internal teams and co-manufacturers to embed quality in all processes. Key Responsibilities:

- Act as FSQA primary contact for co-manufacturers
- Evaluate compliance through facility audits
- Manage food safety and quality documentation
- Lead audits and respond to food safety incidents
- Conduct supplier audits and manage performance Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 5 years in food safety roles
- Hands-on HACCP and auditing experience
- Familiarity with FSMA, AAFCO regulations
- Robust organization and detail orientation Ensure high standards of pet nutrition by managing the quality assurance processes at Open Farm.
