CAA is seeking an Experienced Tow Truck Operator to deliver top-notch roadside assistance in Ontario. Provide essential towing services while ensuring member satisfaction and safety.
In this full-time, permanent position, you'll become a frontline responder to service calls in the Eastern Region. The ideal candidate will demonstrate mechanical proficiency, strong communication skills, and resilience under stress. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include performing vehicle transport, conducting inspections, and accurately maintaining service records.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond efficiently to roadside assistance dispatch
• Securely load and unload vehicles with tow trucks
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment
• Document services,



including before and after conditions
• Maintain compliance with all safety regulations
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Relevant experience working as a Tow Truck Operator
• Clean driving record with valid Ontario Driver's License
• Mechanical aptitude and customer service skills
• Adaptable availability for evening and weekend shifts
