In this maternity leave role, you will report to the Site Supervisor and play an integral part in identifying and addressing the needs of sheltered individuals. Your responsibilities include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, implementing intervention plans, and supporting residents with daily life skills through creative and team-oriented approaches.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct individual counseling and wellness checks
• Develop rapport and support residents personal goals
• Document progress and maintain detailed case files
• Actively engage in client intake and program delivery
• Collaborate with community resources for referrals

Requirements:
• Minimum one year of related experience
• Diploma in a relevant social service field
• Ability to work a 12-hour night shift
• Skills in de-escalation and crisis management
• Strong communication and initiative skills
