Join NorQuest College as an Academic Pathways Development Specialist, where you will facilitate academic growth through robust connections with K-12 systems. This position focuses on dual-credit and transitional programming to ensure effective learner mobility.
As the Specialist, you'll work under the Director of Grants & Academic Initiatives to design and implement pathways for secondary students moving to post-secondary education. You will engage with public school districts, manage improvement processes, and utilize data for impactful decision-making, boosting dual-credit initiatives and operational readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee dual credit and pathways development activities • Collaborate with school boards for program readiness • Initiate curriculum-sharing agreements with K-12 partners • Analyze data to report on pathway effectiveness • Conduct informational sessions and campus engagements
Requirements: • Relevant undergraduate degree or equivalent experience • At least three years of program management experience • Insight into K-12 education development • Preferred experience in event planning and project management • Leadership skills for interdepartmental collaboration
