In this temporary full time role, you will be accountable for the flow of acute and non-acute patients and assist with discharge planning alongside social workers. Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate overall patient care and bed management • Serve as a management representative in senior absence • Direct clinical care and operational workflows • Collaborate with social workers to prevent unnecessary admissions • Provide leadership within the hospital

Requirements: • Minimum five years nursing experience required • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) preferred • Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) • Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification (ACLS) • Nursing diploma may qualify
