This full-time, seasonal Lodge Manager position reports to the Hospitality Manager and Area Manager. Ideal candidates should possess strong leadership skills, operational knowledge, and a passion for delivering high-end service. You will manage daily lodge functions, including F&B; and retail, while ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for staff and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Oversee budget management and financial goals
• Coordinate with management to achieve lodge objectives




• Communicate effectively with area management and office staff
• Manage staffing schedules and operational tasks
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in hospitality or related field
• Minimum 5 years leadership experience in hospitality
• Food Safe and Occupational First Aid Level 1 certificates
• Previous management experience preferred
• Proficiency in Point of Sale systems
