Reputable law enforcement agency Law Enforcement Public Company This senior leadership role is pivotal in providing strategic legal advice and support on a wide range of issues, including governance, operations, compliance, employment, labor relations, collective bargaining, risk management, and litigation. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the modernization of policies and processes, overseeing the development and review of various legal agreements, and managing all legal proceedings involving the service. As the Chief’s principal legal advisor, the General Counsel will also be tasked with identifying legal risks and implementing measures to ensure organizational compliance and proactive legal risk management.
