Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the operation of asphalt plant equipment • Maintain quality specifications per approved designs • Perform start-up and shutdown of the plant safely • Monitor production processes for efficiency and quality • Maintain accurate production records and logs
Requirements: • Previous asphalt plant operation experience • Solid mechanical knowledge with troubleshooting skills • Familiarity with asphalt quality control procedures • Strong communication and organizational abilities • Experience with heavy equipment operating is a plus
