Join Convergint as a Building Operator at the Suncor Firebag In-Situ site, ensuring optimal building operations and maintenance. This FIFO role includes a 14/14 rotation with full camp accommodations provided.
In this pivotal position, you will utilize your 4th Class Power Engineering certification and at least five years of experience to conduct daily walkthroughs, liaise with occupants, and perform essential maintenance on HVAC and plumbing systems. You'll be responsible for processing service requests, maintaining logs, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations while coordinating project needs and responding to emergencies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct daily inspections of buildings and equipment
• Perform minor HVAC and plumbing repairs




• Liaise with occupants for service requests
• Use SAP for work notifications and logs
• Ensure adherence to safety policies and procedures
Requirements:
• 4th Class Power Engineering certificate from an accredited institution
• Minimum 5 years building operator experience
• Knowledge of mechanical systems and OHS regulations
• Valid driver's license for site travel
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
