- Create and optimize work instructions and PFMEAs
- Collaborate on equipment procurement and integration
- Lead initiatives focused on Continuous Improvement and 5S
- Design material handling carts and production fixtures
- Validate current processes through comprehensive test plans Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or similar
- 10% travel is expected
- At least 2 years of relevant experience preferred
- SolidWorks and ERP knowledge required
