Sequence Studio is a new boutique fitness studio opening soon in Metro Vancouver, and we’re looking for a creative, social-media-savvy assistant to help bring our brand to life online.

This role is ideal for someone who genuinely understands social media - not just how to post, but how to recognize solid content, spot emerging trends, and turn ideas into engaging videos and posts.

What You’ll Do

- Research current trends across Instagram, TikTok, and RedNote/小红书
- Identify high-performing content within the fitness, wellness, and lifestyle industries
- Help brainstorm creative concepts, hooks, scripts, and content series
- Assist with filming and producing short-form content for the studio
- Adapt trends to fit our brand rather than simply copying what is popular
- Organize content ideas and support the studio’s social media calendar
- Help review performance and identify opportunities to improve future content

What We’re Looking For
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and RedNote/小红书
- A natural understanding of what makes content engaging, shareable, and relevant
- Ability to research competitors and explain why certain content is performing well
- Strong creative instincts and attention to visual details
- Reliable, organized, proactive, and comfortable contributing ideas
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Mandarin and/or Cantonese fluency is strongly preferred

Bonus Skills
- Short-form video editing
- Graphic design




- Experience with AI creative tools such as Seedance 2.0 and Claude Code
- Photography, videography, copywriting, or content planning experience
- An interest in fitness, wellness, Pilates, or boutique studio culture

Formal social media experience is helpful, but it is not essential. We care most about your creative instincts, understanding of social media, and ability to demonstrate what you can create. Why Join Us?
