About Us

ZeroKey is building the spatial data layer for Physical AI.

AI transformed the digital economy by capturing every keystroke as data. The physical economy has no equivalent. On a factory floor, every human action, material movement, tool motion, and assembly step is invisible to software, and therefore to AI. ZeroKey closes that gap.

Our patented Quantum RTLS® (35+ patents) is the industry’s most accurate large-scale 3D real-time location system. Using ultrasound instead of cameras, it tracks people, tools, robots, and materials across entire factories with an accuracy of 1.5 millimetres, which is over 100 times more exact than anything else on the market.

That precision is the foundation of something bigger. The spatial data from Quantum RTLS feeds OmniVisor AI™, our agentic platform that puts a dedicated AI process engineer in every work cell. Together, our two technologies process 3.3 billion positions every month and prevent more than 1.1 million production errors every year.

Production accuracy is ultimately a safety story. Automotive and aerospace OEMs trust ZeroKey to verify safety-critical assemblies, torque by torque and step by step, down to the millimetre. The buses and planes they build carry every passenger safely to their destination. Those passengers will never know our name. That is the point.

Venture-backed, headquartered in Calgary, and winner of the 16th Innovation World Cup (2025), ZeroKey is deployed by 250+ customers across 41 countries, including roughly 1 in 10 Fortune Global 500 companies. A technology this invisible deserves a story the market can't miss. That's where you come in.

The Role We’re hiring a Marketing Coordinator whose primary job is turning a complex technology into clear, compelling content for the people who buy it: manufacturing engineers, plant managers, and operations executives at some of the largest automotive and aerospace companies in the world.

You will play an integral role in everything the market sees from ZeroKey, from trade show booths and product videos to email campaigns and the website. The role calls for organization, sharp writing,

and the ability to run many workstreams at once without dropping any. You are a doer who takes ownership of the details and wants to grow into a broader marketing career at a company where marketing has an exceptional story to work with.

This is a high-visibility role. You will report directly to the VP, Marketing and work alongside our engineering, product, customer success, and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Learn ZeroKey’s technology quickly and translate technical detail into clear, concise, and engaging content across multiple formats: website and landing page copy, blog posts, product data sheets, case studies and customer success stories, press releases, LinkedIn and Google ad copy, email campaigns, and sales enablement material.
- Take a concept or rough direction from the VP, Marketing or an internal subject matter expert and turn it into a strong, well-structured first draft.
- Update and maintain the marketing team’s key messaging document.
- Own ZeroKey’s LinkedIn company page day-to-day: build and maintain a content calendar, write and schedule posts, and publish on a consistent cadence.
- Track impressions, engagement, follower growth, click-through, and report monthly on what is working and what is not.
- Build and maintain a target list of journalists, editors, podcasters, newsletter writers, and industry publications relevant to manufacturing, industrial technology, and AI.
- Support the VP of Marketing in identifying awards, events, and speaking engagements that build brand awareness and thought leadership.
- Coordinate trade shows and industry events end-to-end: logistics, booth assets, collateral, staffing coordination, and lead follow-up handoff to sales.
- Keep marketing automation and CRM data clean: lists, segments, campaign tracking, and lead routing.

What Success Looks Like

- In your first 90 days: you can explain what Quantum RTLS and OmniVisor AI do and who buys them; you’re publishing content on LinkedIn regularly and without being prompted; and our marketing files are organized, named, and documented.
- In your first six months: your first drafts need light editing rather than rewriting,

and you are proposing content ideas rather than waiting for them.
- In your first year: you have published a meaningful body of blog posts, website copy, and case studies, our LinkedIn following and engagement have grown measurably, and you have secured earned media or podcast placements we would not otherwise have had.

Required Skills

- You write clearly and persuasively and have strong editing and proofreading skills. Writing samples are required.
- “Bigger picture” content concepting: you think structurally and creatively about how content should be built.
- The ability to keep several threads moving at once, work within deadlines, follow up without being reminded, incorporate feedback quickly, and adjust as priorities shift.
- Thoughtful use of AI tools. We expect you to use AI to work faster and better. We also expect you to own the accuracy, originality, voice, and quality of everything that goes out under our name.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to working with a team.
- Solid computer and software skills, including Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).

*Considered an asset

- B2B social media experience.
- Exposure to industrial technology, manufacturing, or other technical B2B markets.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot).
- Familiarity with SEO fundamentals.
- Event or trade show coordination experience.
