Marketing Coordinator

Main Responsibilities

- Develop and coordinate the company’s marketing and promotional activities.
- Research customer preferences, market trends, competitors, and opportunities in local and international markets.
- Assist in developing sales and marketing strategies for retail products, including anime merchandise, collectibles, apparel, accessories, and gifts.
- Coordinate product promotions, seasonal campaigns, in-store events, and online marketing activities.
- Analyze customer feedback, sales trends, and product performance to identify marketing opportunities.
- Prepare promotional materials, product information, social media content, and other marketing communications.
- Communicate with suppliers, business partners, and customers regarding products, promotions, and market opportunities.
- Support customer relationship development and help identify new market and business opportunities.
- Monitor marketing activities and recommend improvements to increase customer engagement and sales performance.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, technical sales, customer relations, business development,



or a related field is preferred.
- Previous supervisory, management, or team-lead experience is considered an asset.
- Experience working with international customers, overseas markets, suppliers, or business partners is an asset.
- Robust sales awareness and a good understanding of customer needs and market trends.
- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in customer relationship management, sales strategy, or marketing-related activities is preferred.
- Interest in or knowledge of anime, television, entertainment, collectibles, or pop-culture products is an asset.
- Strong organizational skills and good computer proficiency.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and team members.
