Marketing Manager

Location: Saskatoon, Saskatchewan

Reports To: Accountable Executive (AE) Trio Group Ventures & Director of Flight Operations/Marketing

Airsask 20/20 is a premier Western Canadian operator of jet and turboprop charter aircraft. Operating from a modern facility in Saskatoon, our fleet is available for charter to thousands of destinations across North America not served by scheduled airlines. We deliver premium, reliable, and safe aviation solutions tailored to our clients' unique needs.

Position Summary The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing Airsask 20/20's marketing, business development, brand, and customer engagement strategies to support sustainable revenue growth and strengthen the Company's position in the aviation and charter market.

Working closely with the AE, Director of Flight Operations, and Commercial team, the Marketing Manager will develop and implement integrated marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness, generate qualified business opportunities, strengthen customer relationships, and support the Company's strategic growth objectives.

The Marketing Manager will serve as a key ambassador for Airsask 20/20 and will ensure that all marketing and customer-facing communications accurately reflect the Company's capabilities, safety culture, service standards, and qualified image.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Strategy & Planning

- Develop and execute annual marketing plans aligned with Airsask 20/20's corporate growth and revenue objectives.
- Establish marketing priorities, campaigns, budgets, timelines, and measurable performance targets.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify customer segments, trends, opportunities, and threats.
- Develop marketing strategies supporting charter services, new markets, aircraft capabilities, and business expansion.
- Report marketing performance, opportunities, and recommendations to senior management.

2. Brand Management & Communications

- Manage and strengthen the Airsask 20/20 brand across customer, digital, corporate, and industry channels.
- Ensure consistent branding, messaging, visual identity,



and professional communications.
- Develop presentations, proposals, brochures, newsletters, advertisements, website content, and corporate communications.
- Ensure all marketing materials accurately reflect Company services, aircraft, capabilities, and operational limitations.

3. Business Development & Lead Generation

- Generate and develop charter, corporate, government, tourism, and strategic business opportunities.
- Build relationships with prospective customers, corporate clients, tourism organizations, airports, industry partners, and other stakeholders.
- Support sales leads, proposals, presentations, RFPs, and client acquisition initiatives.
- Maintain a business development pipeline and work with Commercial and Operations teams to assess opportunities and operational feasibility.
- Develop strategic partnerships that support revenue growth and market expansion.

4. Customer Experience & Relationships

- Develop initiatives that strengthen customer satisfaction, loyalty, retention, and service experience.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
- Gather customer feedback and recommend improvements to services and communications.
- Promote a customer-first culture reflecting Airsask 20/20's commitment to safety, reliability, professionalism, and service excellence.

5. Digital Marketing & Promotional Campaigns

- Manage website content, SEO, digital advertising, email marketing, and social media activities.
- Develop engaging content promoting Company services, aircraft, destinations, capabilities, people, and culture.
- Plan and manage targeted advertising and promotional campaigns across digital, print, tourism, and aviation channels.
- Monitor digital engagement, lead generation, campaign performance, and online brand reputation.





6. Sales & Commercial Support

- Work closely with Commercial and Flight Operations to develop sales tools, proposals, presentations, charter packages, and client-facing materials.
- Support major client meetings, RFPs, tenders, trade shows, and corporate presentations.
- Track marketing-generated leads and support conversion strategies.
- Ensure proposed marketing commitments are operationally achievable and commercially appropriate.

7. Strategic & Corporate Alignment

- Translate corporate strategy into measurable marketing and business development priorities.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on growth, market expansion, fleet development, new services, and customer strategies.
- Ensure marketing initiatives align with operational capabilities and long-term business objectives.

8. Compliance, Risk & Professional Standards

- Ensure marketing materials and communications comply with applicable laws, advertising standards, privacy requirements, and Company policies.
- Protect confidential customer, pricing, strategic, and commercially sensitive information.
- Support the Company's safety culture and escalate significant reputational, customer, commercial, compliance, or operational concerns.

Educational Qualifications & Experience

- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Aviation Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5–7 years of progressive marketing and/or business development experience, preferably in aviation, transportation, tourism, travel, or another service-based industry.
- Demonstrated experience in integrated marketing, digital marketing, business development, lead generation, client relationship management, and strategic partnerships.
- Experience managing marketing budgets, campaigns, and performance metrics.
- Strong understanding of B2B and B2C marketing principles.
- Aviation industry experience is considered a strong asset.
