Marketing Manager – Pest Control Industry

Salary: $70,000–$100,000 per year + Commission

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results driven Marketing Manager to develop and manage marketing strategies that generate qualified leads, increase brand awareness, and grow our residential and commercial pest control business.

Candidates must have 5+ years of relevant marketing experience, preferably within the pest control industry or a closely related service industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute marketing strategies for residential and commercial pest control services.
- Manage Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Ads, SEO, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
- Generate qualified leads and identify new business opportunities and potential commercial accounts.
- Improve website performance, local SEO, Google Business Profile, and overall online presence.
- Research competitors, market trends, customer demand, and opportunities for business expansion.
- Work closely with management and sales teams to develop targeted campaigns and convert marketing opportunities into business.
- Create and coordinate advertisements, promotional content, brochures, and other marketing materials.
- Track leads, conversions, advertising costs, campaign performance, and ROI.
- Prepare performance reports and continuously improve marketing strategies based on results.

Qualifications




- Minimum 5 years of relevant marketing experience required.
- Pest control industry experience is strongly preferred.
- Proven experience with Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Ads, SEO, social media, email marketing, and Google Analytics.
- Strong knowledge of lead generation, customer acquisition, and digital marketing.
- Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and time-management skills.
- Must have a valid driver's licence with a clean driving record and be able to travel locally when required.

Compensation
- $70,000–$100,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
- Additional commission based on current business and revenue successfully brought to the company.
