The FP&A; Analyst will support financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting efforts while working closely with asset management and property teams. As a strategic partner, your analytical mindset and business acumen are crucial for translating complex data into meaningful insights. Key Responsibilities:
• Support annual budgeting and periodic re-forecasts
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting and analysis




• Analyse financial performance to identify trends and opportunities
• Develop and enhance financial models and rolling forecasts
• Maintain interactive Power BI dashboards for asset performance
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 1+ years in FP&A; or financial analysis roles
• Strong analytical skills with complex financial data
• Excellent communication skills for diverse stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with a proactive, curious mindset
