Join OEG Sports & Entertainment as an Account Coordinator focused on enhancing guest services for Season Seat Holders. This role is vital to driving customer satisfaction and revenue in Edmonton.

You will serve as a brand ambassador for Oilers Entertainment Group while reporting directly to the Manager of Season Seat Services. Your responsibilities include managing over 1,000 accounts and providing exceptional service through in-seat visits and strategic hospitality initiatives. You'll leverage your expertise to quickly resolve client issues and facilitate memorable experiences on game days.

Key Responsibilities:



• Execute touchpoint plans for customer engagement • Assist with ticket service and hospitality on game days • Maintain and record client interactions in CRM • Identify incremental revenue opportunities for existing clients • Prepare event night reporting and account statements

Requirements: • Undergraduate degree or related experience • 1-3 years of relevant customer service experience • Excellent communication and multitasking abilities • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and TM Archtics • Passion for sports and entertainment industries
