About The Role

We're looking for Masters and PhD-level researchers to tackle complex, multi-disciplinary challenges that push the boundaries of AI reasoning — working alongside leading AI labs to build the next generation of intelligent systems.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for researchers who thrive on intellectual depth and real-world impact. No prior AI industry experience required — your advanced domain expertise is exactly what we need.

- Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

What You'll Do

- Design, develop, and solve advanced, multi-disciplinary problems that challenge and sharpen AI reasoning capabilities
- Apply your research expertise to construct complex, rigorous problem statements with real-world relevance
- Review and evaluate AI-generated solutions for academic accuracy, depth, and logical soundness
- Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and domain experts to improve model performance
- Uphold the highest standards of academic rigor, clarity, and precision across all deliverables




- Work independently on task-based assignments — fully on your own schedule

Who You Are

- Holds a Master's or PhD in a STEM or highly technical field from a leading university
- Solid track record in research, publications, or complex technical project management
- Exceptionally detail-oriented with sharp analytical and critical thinking skills
- Clear, precise written communicator comfortable conveying complex ideas with clarity
- Self-directed and reliable when working independently in an asynchronous environment
- Fluent in English

Nice to Have

- Prior experience with data annotation, data quality evaluation, or AI evaluation systems
- Proficiency in Python, R, or other research-oriented programming languages
- Familiarity with AI model training, prompt engineering, or RLHF workflows
- Cross-disciplinary research experience spanning multiple STEM domains
