Front and Back of House Operations Ensure Food Quality and Safety Control Costs Office Management High School Diploma or equivalent; Minimum of 4 years of restaurant management experience in a full-service w/bar environment. Full-service restaurant management (with bar experience), proficiency in MS Office and POS systems, and strong organizational abilities.
