Become a key security skilled with Scarlet Security & Risk Group at our mining operation in Northwest British Columbia. We are looking for skilled Security Guards to uphold safety protocols and monitor site activities.
In this role, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring security compliance, from conducting vehicle searches to offering emergency response when needed. Monitor and report on suspicious occurrences, all while maintaining a customer-centric approach. This position will challenge you both physically and mentally as you work various shifts in diverse weather conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide access control and monitor intrusion detection
• Carry out detailed written incident reports
• Perform perimeter checks through mobile and foot patrols




• Conduct breath tests and assist with testing for substances
• Record daily activities and manage security badge checks
Requirements:
• Hold a valid British Columbia Security License
• Full Class 5 Drivers Licence necessary
• Must have Standard First Aid with CPR/AED certification
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and endure long periods standing
