Job title: Mechanical Engineer/ Quality Engineer

- Advanced Excel and Power BI skills

Responsibilities
- Execute quality investigations and facilitate root cause analysis with stakeholders.
- Plan and complete unit-related Production Quality projects.
- Implement actions and monitor effectiveness and sustainability using quality methods such as 8D and FMEA.
- Support relocation projects on quality-related topics, including FMEA/8D record transfers and production release audits.
- Advise management and business partners on advanced technical areas.
- Escalate production quality issues to accountable management.
- Implement production standards, guidelines, and programs within the plant.
- Analyze workflows and propose improvements to management.
- Design and coordinate standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation.
- Execute quality standards within Production Quality operations and processes.
- Perform production quality reporting and analysis.
- Initiate quality training for production employees,



including PDCA and Poka-Yoke.
- Coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders and partner production sites.
