Service Manager – Mechanical Service Department Experience Required

Equipment World is hiring a Service Manager to play a central role in leading our Service Team to deliver exceptional service while building a strategic direction to maximize profitability. Experience with managing teams and overseeing technical repairs in a fast paced environment is a strong asset.

Your Role:

- Team leadership while directing daily operations and overseeing technical repairs
- Act as the key link between customers, technicians, Parts, and Rentals while ensuring high level customer service standards
- Oversee the scheduling and coordination of mechanic assignments, including out-of-town work
- Oversee warranty claims, work orders, and service documentation
- Develop and implement current policies to improve workflow
- Monitor key performance indicators for continued effectiveness
- Collaborate with the Service Administration Team to maintain procedures, safety standards, and workflow efficiency

What You Bring:

- Required: Experience in service departments, mechanical work, or industrial/equipment supply
- Preferred: Strong management and leadership skill with the ability to motivate a team




- Warranty administration experience is a strong asset
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Ability to handle, prioritize and resolve customer or operational issues
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based applications
- Proactive, solution-focused mindset with a dedication to quality service
