Medical Aesthetic Sales, Marketing & Front Desk Coordinator

We are looking for an energetic, professional, and sales-driven individual to join our medical aesthetic clinic.

The ideal candidate is confident with clients, has strong communication and sales skills, and can help convert inquiries into booked appointments and treatments.

Responsibilities:

- Front desk and client reception
- Answering calls, messages, and inquiries
- Booking and confirming appointments
- Following up with leads and existing clients
- Presenting clinic services and promotions
- Converting inquiries and consultations into sales
- Upselling and cross-selling treatments when appropriate
- Assisting with social media and local marketing
- Maintaining excellent client relationships

We are looking for someone who:

- Has excellent sales and communication skills
- Is confident, friendly, and professional




- Is comfortable discussing aesthetic treatments and pricing
- Has strong follow-up and closing skills
- Understands social media and basic marketing
- Is organized and works well in a team
- Medical aesthetic/clinic experience is an asset

Position: Part-Time / Full time Hours: Approximately 15–45 hours per week

Compensation: $20/hour + Sales Commission

Location: North York, Toronto

Training will be provided for the right candidate.
