We are seeking a highly skilled, professional, and personable Medical Aesthetician to join our dynamic wellness team part-time. As a key member of our team, you will play an integral role in enhancing client satisfaction, driving retail success, and contributing to the overall growth of the spa or clinic.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform advanced skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and lymphatic drainage massage
- Deliver specialized services such as Venus Versa IPL, skin tightening, photofacials, and laser hair removal
- Create a welcoming, professional, and relaxing workplace that elevates the client experience
- Conduct thorough consultations and educate clients on personalized skincare routines and treatment plans
- Recommend and promote retail products through knowledgeable consultations and product demonstrations
- Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards in compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Support front desk operations including appointment scheduling, guest check-in/check-out,



and client communication
- Proactively upsell services and products to enhance results and overall client satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless daily operations and exceptional service delivery

Qualifications & Requirements

- Proven experience as a Medical Aesthetician or in a similar advanced skincare role
- Hands-on experience with lymphatic drainage, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, IPL (Venus Versa preferred), skin tightening, photofacials, and laser hair removal
- Strong expertise in skincare treatments, skin analysis, and treatment planning
- Excellent customer service and communication skills with a client-focused approach
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices in a medical or spa setting
- Experience with retail sales, upselling techniques, and product education
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a commitment to hospitality excellence
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Valid certification or licensing as required by local regulations

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
