About BWell Lounge

BWell Lounge is a modern multidisciplinary wellness clinic in Newmarket offering mental health and wellness services in a comfortable, elevated environment.

As we continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced and client-focused Medical Aesthetician/Esthetician to help launch and grow our facial services.

The Opportunity

This is an independent contractor position with compensation of $70 per completed client appointment.

BWell will provide the clinic space and manage client booking through our clinic booking system. We are looking for someone who is excited to work collaboratively with us to develop a high-quality facial program and provide an exceptional client experience.

Responsibilities

- Provide professional facial and skincare treatments
- Complete client consultations and appropriate screening before treatment
- Recommend treatments based on individual client needs and goals
- Maintain accurate client documentation
- Follow appropriate infection prevention, sanitation and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and qualified treatment environment
- Educate clients on appropriate aftercare and skincare
- Help create a warm, relaxing and professional client experience
- Work collaboratively with the BWell team as we grow the facial program

Qualifications
- Certified Esthetician or Medical Aesthetician
- Appropriate education/training for all services being provided




- Previous facial/skincare experience preferred
- Professional liability insurance
- Strong knowledge of skincare, facial treatments and sanitation
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills
- Reliable, professional and comfortable working independently
- Passionate about wellness and client care

Compensation & Schedule Compensation: $70 per completed client appointment

Structure: Independent Contractor

Schedule: Flexible/part-time based on bookings and mutually agreed availability
