Job Summary

BeautiDoor Clinic & Luxury Med Spa is looking for a professional, motivated and client-focused Medical Aesthetician to join our growing team.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about skincare and aesthetics, provides an exceptional client experience, and is comfortable working in a busy clinic environment.

Responsibilities:

- Perform professional aesthetic and skincare treatments within your training and scope
- Conduct client consultations and recommend appropriate treatments and skincare
- Assist with services such as HydraFacial, chemical peels, microneedling and other aesthetic treatments based on qualifications and training
- Educate clients on treatment plans, aftercare and skincare
- Maintain treatment rooms, equipment and supplies to a high standard of cleanliness
- Take professional before-and-after photos and maintain proper client documentation
- Support rebooking, treatment packages and product recommendations
- Work collaboratively with our medical and aesthetic team
- Maintain excellent customer service and professionalism at all times
- Provide expert consultations to assess clients’ skin types, concerns, and goals, offering tailored treatment plans.
- Maintain strict sanitation and safety standards to ensure a clean, hygienic environment for clients and staff.
- Engage guests with friendly, professional communication, ensuring an exceptional guest experience from arrival through departure.
- Demonstrate product demos and educate clients on skincare routines, retail products, and new treatments to support their beauty journey.
- Assist at the front desk by scheduling appointments, managing client records, and handling retail sales with enthusiasm and upselling techniques.
- Support team efforts by participating in promotional events, upselling services and products to maximize client satisfaction and revenue.

Qualifications:





- Aesthetician/Medical Aesthetician certification or relevant education
- Previous experience in a medical spa, cosmetic clinic or aesthetic environment preferred
- Robust knowledge of skincare and aesthetic treatments
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills
- Professional, presentable and reliable
- Comfortable recommending appropriate treatments and products to clients
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Certification or licensing as required by local regulations for aesthetic practice.

This is currently a part-time position with full scope of transforming into a permanent position. Candidates should have adaptable availability, including some evenings and weekends, based on clinic appointments and business requirements.

Our regular operating hours are generally 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM; however, scheduled hours may occasionally fall between 8:00 AM and 11:00 PM depending on business needs, events and busy periods.

Compensation:

Competitive hourly wage.

Plus there may be opportunities for additional hours and growth within the clinic based on performance and business requirements.
