Victorian Garden Medical Spa is a growing medical aesthetics and wellness clinic dedicated to providing personalized, high-quality treatments and exceptional client experiences. We are looking for a motivated, personable, and passionate Medical Aesthetician to join our team.

This is an opportunity for someone who wants to grow with a company and become an integral part of our team—not simply perform treatments, but build relationships with clients, participate in consultations and sales, contribute to our social media presence, and develop their skills across a wide range of aesthetic technologies and services.

The Role The ideal candidate is confident, professional, personable, and passionate about the aesthetics industry. You should be comfortable working directly with clients, learning new technologies, discussing treatment options, and contributing to the overall growth of the clinic.

Your responsibilities may include

- Laser hair removal using our Soprano ICE diode laser
- Performing basic and advanced facial treatments
- HydraFacials and extractions
- Chemical peels
- Microneedling
- Radiofrequency/HIFU skin tightening treatments
- Body contouring treatments
- Laser tattoo removal
- Conducting client consultations and recommending appropriate treatments
- Educating clients about treatment plans, skincare, and home-care products
- Following up with clients and helping maintain strong client relationships
- Participating in inbound and outbound calls
- Assisting with treatment and service sales




- Recommending appropriate products and services based on client needs
- Appearing in and contributing to the clinic's social media content
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional treatment environment
- Following all clinic protocols and maintaining high standards of client care
- Continuing to learn and develop knowledge of new aesthetic treatments and technologies
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends if needed

Qualifications & Experience
- A diploma/certification in Esthetics or Medical Esthetics preferref
- Approximately 1 year of aesthetics experience preferred
- Experience with laser hair removal is an asset
- Experience with diode laser systems, particularly Soprano ICE, is an asset
- Experience with microneedling is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, friendly, and confident personality
- Comfortable speaking with clients about treatments, products, and services
- Comfortable participating in consultations and sales
- Willingness to participate in social media content and represent the clinic professionally
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to client safety and satisfaction
- Ability to work independently while also being a team-oriented team member
