We are seeking a skilled and passionate Aesthetician to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional skincare and beauty services to our clients, ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable experience. You will be responsible for performing various aesthetic treatments while maintaining a high standard of customer service and sanitation.
Duties
- Perform laser skin treatments, body and facial contouring, microneedling, medical and professional grade facials
- Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to client needs and offering personalized recommendations.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding their skincare goals and treatment options.
- Sanitate all tools and work areas according to industry standards to ensure client safety.
- Assist with front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and managing client records.
- Upsell additional services and products that align with clients' needs and preferences.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in skincare and beauty treatments to provide informed recommendations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Aesthetician or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
- Solid skills in medical aesthetics services and skincare.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices and commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
- Ability to upsell services while ensuring client satisfaction.
- A valid aesthetician license as required by state regulations.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
