• Develop and facilitate engaging programs for residents • Coordinate educational initiatives for team development • Manage care teams to ensure meaningful resident interactions • Participate in multi-disciplinary management for care excellence • Maintain residents' comprehensive records and assessments
Requirements: • Diploma in social services, healthcare, or gerontology • Three years experience in dementia care • Management experience of two years • First Aid and CPR certification • Strong leadership and supervision skills
