Covenant House International in Etobicoke, ON is seeking an Overnight Youth Worker for the Thrive Transitional Program. This full-time, on-site role supports youth with shelter, crisis response, and ongoing recovery plans.

The successful candidate will carry out assessments, provide individual counseling, and collaborate with case managers to coordinate services and referrals. Trauma-informed practice, robust communication, and knowledge of community resources are essential.
