About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Design & Construction to lead the successful delivery of new build and renovation projects across Canada. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a high-performing design and construction team, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves mentoring and developing the team,



as well as fostering collaboration and continuous improvement. The Vice President will also be tasked with championing design innovation, and construction best practices, and building strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.

Applicants for the Vice President, Design & Construction position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree or post-secondary education in a relevant field, with a professional designation or certification being an asset. A minimum of 10 years' of experience in retail construction and project management is required, along with a proven track record of leading large-scale projects and cross-functional teams. The role demands a strategic, solutions-oriented thinker with strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, customer-focused, and adaptable, with the ability to lead through change and drive continuous improvement.
