Reporting to the Manager of Talent Development, you will design and implement leadership development programs that align with corporate goals. This role demands experienced facilitation, needs analysis, and collaboration with Site Leadership Development Advisors. You’ll contribute to a rich foundation of growth and sustainability across our business.

Key Responsibilities:



• Facilitate core leadership development programs • Conduct needs analysis and planning for training • Collaborate on custom training and DEI programs • Evaluate training program effectiveness and ROI • Manage succession planning and performance initiatives

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field • 5+ years in Learning and Development • Strong understanding of talent development trends • Proven ability in change management and facilitation • Experience designing experiential learning solutions
